Hi, I'm Nikki, I'm a small-town girl... living in a lonely world. Just kidding, but that's a great song! I AM a small-town Alaskan girl.

And I know those well-worn shoes of yours. Trying to find time to take care of ourselves can be one of the most painstaking challenges of life. 

The busy schedules, the stresses, the sleepless nights, the fatigue, the fluctuations in weight, the self-loathing... I'm very familiar with all of it. Still to this day, it rears its ugly head.

As a paramedic, I've seen patients, including friends, and family go through the struggle of having their time, health, and joy stolen from them. 

That's what planted this mission in my heart to help myself, and people in my life figure out how to navigate the sometimes murky stormy seas and to stop putting their health at the bottom of the list.

So, I started chasing a dream...

I became a Certified Nutrition Coach, Personal Trainer, Behavior Change Coach, and Certified Life Coach.

I'm here to help you simplify and conquer your goals to stop being a slave to your weight, and reclaim your time, joy, and energy through effective, and efficient clean cooking & workouts, Behavior change, and mindset are at the core of what I teach.
